Officially XHTML Valid
Tuesday 19th February 2008
We've been putting a lot of effort this year into optimising our website for Search Engines and we are now proud to say that we are strictly XHTML valid (which means our pages can be read by any browser and if you don't believe us, check here). Now we have a real understanding of this process and the benefits it gets you in the major search engines, it is something we will be offering all our clients requiring websites in the future.
MCA Branding
Wednesday 13th February 2008
We have just finished off doing some work for Mark Cooper Associates, including new branding and exectution through the mediums of a logo; business stationery; a brochure/mailer and a new website. This is a sneak peek of the new logo we have created, which needed to clearly show the initials MCA, get across Mark Cooper's name and indicate Landscape Architecture, in particular his speciality of trees. We'll have the completed work up soon.
Studio Update
Tuesday 5th February 2008
We've got a variety of projects on the go at the moment with hopefully some exciting results to display here very soon. The main thing we've been busy with recently however has been fine-tuning this website so that it does exactly what we want. The about page has just undergone a rewrite and we hope this now better explains what we do and how we work.
We just got some new business cards printed to match this site. However they were printed with a few errors that may not have been noticeable to other people but bugged us, so we insisted on getting them re-done (an example of our perfectionism) but in order not to waste the unused ones we built a fairly sturdy box out of them (an example of our creativity) - see right. To do the same with your unused business cards, follow these rather good instructions.
